犯罪被害人權益保障法(簡稱本法)上路已滿一年，為強化犯罪被害人及其家屬訴訟上權益，以期能更即時獲得本會資源投入，避免不肖人士抽取高額案件處置酬金，依本法第22條之規定執行保護業務下，本分會於113年3月14日，由分會主任陳政宏帶領分會工作同仁前往拜訪法律扶助基金會嘉義分會並由嘉義法扶執行秘書梁家樺主持召開聯繫會議。

本次聯繫會議討論重點，於如何在犯罪被害事件發生後，提供被害人或遺屬最即時以及最合適的扶助，避免當事人訴訟上權益因空窗期而遭有心人士介入蒙受損害，另外針對本會受理之受保護人因案件以外之法律上需求(如債務清償、非訟及家事事件紛爭)，可由本會進行單一窗口轉介，無須當事人耗費心力往來奔波於機構間；另外針對法扶之回饋金部分，在符合法扶減少或免除回饋金之規範內，亦可由本會協助進行提報已期協助受扶助者減少回饋金返還之壓力。

Contact Meeting between the Chiayi Branches of the Association for Victims Support Taiwan and the Legal Aid Foundation.

Crime Victim Rights Protection Act (referred to as "the Act") has been in effect for over a year. In order to strengthen the litigation rights of crime victims and their families and to ensure more timely access to resources from our association, thereby avoiding unscrupulous individuals from extra Branching high fees for handling cases, the branch conducted a meeting on March 14, 2024. This meeting was led by Director Chen Zheng-hong, who led the branch staff to visit the Chiayi branch of the Legal Aid Foundation. The meeting was chaired by Liang Jia-hua, the Executive Secretary of the Legal Aid Foundation Chiayi Branch.

The focus of this contact meeting was on how to provide crime victims or their families with the most immediate and appropriate assistance after a crime occurs, thus avoiding potential harm to the litigants' rights due to gaps in assistance. Additionally, regarding legal needs beyond the cases handled by our association (such as debt repayment, non-litigation disputes, and family matters), a single-window referral system will be implemented by our association to spare litigants the hassle of navigating between institutions. Furthermore, concerning the feedback funds from legal aid, within the framework of reducing or exempting feedback funds, our association can assist in reporting to alleviate the pressure on aid recipients to repay the funds.
